TRN2SMMT does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed through third-party services used to operate our business, including Meta, Instagram, communication and payment platforms.

Contact form on this website

When you send an enquiry using the contact form on our homepage, we collect the details you type in: your full name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number if you choose to give one, the enquiry category you select, your message, and the fact that you ticked the consent box.

Along with your enquiry we also record the page path of the form you used, your browser's user agent (the technical description your browser sends about itself), and a one-way hashed identifier derived from your network address. The hashed identifier cannot be turned back into your network address. We keep your network address only in this hashed form, and we use it solely to stop spam and repeated abusive submissions.

We use contact form information for two purposes only: to read and reply to your enquiry, and to prevent spam, abuse and security problems on our website.

Enquiries are stored securely in our hosted database. Access is restricted: the records cannot be read by website visitors, and only TRN2SMMT and the trusted server software handling enquiries can access them.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. You may ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing contact@trn2smmt.com.
