TRAIN2SUMMIT (TRN2SMMT) is a business registered in Singapore. These terms apply to this website and, where relevant, participation in our programmes and courses. You can contact us at contact@trn2smmt.com.

The website provides information about our services. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. The details and booking conditions for a particular programme or course are provided separately before payment.

Our Ice Climbing and Mountaineering courses are conducted by our Nepal-based course partner. TRAIN2SUMMIT hosts and facilitates these courses and provides physical preparation training.

Mountaineering and ice climbing are inherently high-risk activities. Participants acknowledge that these activities can result in serious injury or death. Before joining a course, participants must arrange their own insurance appropriate to the activity and obtain medical clearance from their own GP. Participants must follow the course team’s safety instructions. No particular training outcome or summit is guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, TRAIN2SUMMIT is not responsible for losses caused by a participant’s failure to meet these requirements or follow safety instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The TRN2SMMT name, logo and website content may not be used without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party websites linked from this site may have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

These terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
